About FITZGERALD:
Helena graduated from the University of Limerick in 2019 with a first-class honours degree in law with French. Since joining the firm as a trainee solicitor in January 2021, Helena has become one of our valued team members, practising in the area of medical negligence law. Helena is experienced in mediating and litigating claims relating to delayed diagnoses of cervical cancer, arising in particular from the CervicalCheck controversy. She has been involved in the management of numerous time-critical cases requiring priority before the High Court. Helena is a member of the Law Society and has previous experience in defence litigation.
Her interests include GAA, music and travel.
